Lag problem

I buyed ea fc 25 like 6 month ago, i played normal for two months but when two month passed one update comes and my game broke. I can't play ea fc 25 bcs its make game a laggy delay gameplay. In main menu i have lag problem too but my ping is full 50 ping also i have good system to open game in ultra. please help me to fix this issue i can't play game i'm crazy about that.
