Lag When L1 Is Pressed – All Modes

Bug Description:
After the most recent EA FC 25 update, the game now severely lags or stutters every time L1 is pressed, regardless of game mode. This occurs in all modes, including Kick-Off, Ultimate Team, Seasons, and Career Mode. If neither player presses L1, the game plays normally. Once either player uses L1, the game begins to freeze, drop frames, or momentarily lock up.

This issue appears to be a regression of a bug that existed in previous EA FC25 Updates, and was resolved — but has now returned with this latest patch.


Update: 
I've tried most of the solution that was recommended such as:
1. Trying a Different Controller (Wired)
2. Reinstalling the game and anti-cheat
3. Deleting Config Settings
4. Changing nvidia settings 
5. Changing in game settings
6. Changing dribble button to another key
6. Setting router’s QoS to prioritize the game and...
