live start points

Hello,

I am a PC user currently playing EA Sports FC 25.

I have been experiencing a persistent issue with the "Live Starting Point" feature. Whenever I try to access it, I receive the following error message:

> "Failed to fetch Live Starting Point content. Please try again later."

This issue has been ongoing for nearly a year. Other online features such as Ultimate Team and online matches work perfectly fine, but the Live Starting Point mode is completely inaccessible.

Here is my system and troubleshooting information:

- Platform: PC  
- Network: Wired connection (stable)  
- Game version: Fully updated  
- EA App version: Fully updated  
- Actions tried:  
  - Rebooted PC  
  - Cleared EA App cache  
  - Re-logged into EA account  
  - Verified internet connection  
  - Reinstalled game  
  - Checked server status  
  - Tried accessing the feature over different days/times

Despite trying all the above steps, the issue persists.
