Locked out off my ultimate team
For days now I’ve been blocked from my ultimate team from a technical issue which they say there looking into losing out on playing my game because of this stupid company

Community ManagerAs a test, try switching to a mobile hotspot and let me know if you can connect or not.
I used my phone's hotspot and it didnt work, in the meanwhile I also tried to reboot the console by double-clicking the power button, and yet nothing changed.

Thanks for trying that. Next, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.
sorry for the late reply, i went to sleep after I wrote that message. when I get the chance to use the console im gonna text here
I’ve done all this already only ultimate team won’t work I can play online seasons or clubs but just ultimate team that won’t work even on fc 24 same problem

What message are you seeing when you try to play Ultimate Team?
I tried. it doesnt work. How can u solve this? I didnt pay to be locked out of online.
