Been like this almost a week. Ps5. Reinstalled game. Rebooted internet. Phoned ISP (Youfibre) who cannot detect a problem at their end. What does work is 5G through phone hotspot.

11 months agoSince you're able to connect through a hotspot, that means the issue is either with your ISP or home network. Something is blocking your access to Ultimate Team. It would be best to contact your ISP again. Also, make sure your modem/router have the latest firmware.
You could also try using alternate DNS settings. There are instructions for that here.
