Logging in to the fc 25

So I bought fc 25 on the Christmas gone and everything was working fine and had no problems logging in but the past week I've not been able to play the full game even though it cost me a lot and I've got packs for tots tommorow and I'm now gonna miss out because of a stupid problem 🤬🤬
