When it’s on eas end they have given compensation before like a week or so ago. The big thread in the technical section. So that gives credibility to when they say it’s something not on EAs end. Hopefully you guys can fix your issues. I hardly ever disconnect so maybe try the trouble shooting it might fix it for you.
