Lost connection message
When I was playing yesterday I kept getting the message that said I have lost connection but my console and my WiFi were fine both times.

Community ManagerHi there. Thanks for reaching out. Is it possible to switch to a wired connection or is your router too far away? Disconnects and lag are very common with wireless. A wire will give you a far more stable connection.
No but I’ve got a really good WiFi and no other devices or games have that problem. I also double check the WiFi each time it happens and the WiFi is completely fine.

Is your router too far away to switch to a wire? Even a strong signal is very susceptible to disconnecting.
Yes it is too far away but I have no trouble with other devices or games and that is other EA games and non EA games. If it was a WiFi problem I would contact my provider.
