Lost Squad battle due to FC error

This keeps happening at least once per week. I enter a squad game, then all of a sudden at any given moment the game stops and kicks me out. When I go back I see the 0-3 loss which means I can't no longer reach the Elite 2 rating anymore which I regularly do hence affecting my weekly rewards. 

I have reported the bug and sent the video in two occasions but I guess you guys don't care about our experience as customers....
