Match Won but Not Counted – Returned to Main Menu

Hi,

I just played a match and won with a clear 6-2 score. However, after the game ended, it didn’t count my win, and instead, I was sent back to the main menu. There was no disconnection or issue on my end.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to fix it or at least get my win counted?

I played on PlayStation, so I also have a video recording of the match. I can provide it if needed.

By the way, it looks like I was AFK, but I was actually pressing buttons on the controller to prevent that. When I press a button, the warning on the screen disappears anyway.
