Hello first time I get message that high volume traffic and I can’t log in to ultimate.
never happened and it’s over 2 hours already.. any solution or just wait? It’s for me only or everybody

Highly unlikely they are overloaded! Took me multiple attempts to find any rivals matches, so not sure whom is overloading the servers. That being said, when I did find a match the gameplay was heavy with annoying input delay and sluggish players, especially defense. Just want to play a few games and open a few packs, which I am sure I’ll get fodder. Why gate keep the good cards in late July, EA?

100%. Last year with Futties I was able to pack every single card with just doing the menu grind. So far my best Futties pull was Alisson and a tradeable McCabe..

At least chane the message EA, "we are in sh$t", "servers are down", "we are attacked"...but not high voulme, because it is a lie.

How are we meant to do that if we cant get into UT because the serves are apparently busy? Ive restarted everything and even done your 3rd step and its still not working, this is a disgrace, and it all started the moment i pre ordered fc 26. Can say ill be cancelling it now!

I am writing to express my concern regarding my inability to connect to Ultimate Team (UT) despite having purchased the game. It has now been nearly 24 hours since the transaction, and I am still unable to access the service.
I understand that EA FC 26 is scheduled for release on September 26th, and while I appreciate the excitement surrounding the launch, it is deeply frustrating to experience connectivity issues after making a payment. It feels as though users are being forced into a situation where access is restricted, which is both disappointing and unacceptable—especially considering that we have paid for the product.
Many of us have tolerated issues such as scripted matches in the past, but intentional disconnections or restricted access cross a line. We are your customers, and we deserve a seamless experience and fair treatment.
I kindly urge you to investigate this matter and provide a resolution as soon as possible. Please remember that customer satisfaction is key, and we trust that EA values its community.
