Missing 24,000 FC Points

I purchased 12,000 FC Points via Argos a UK Retailer, I redeemed the code fine via xbox. I have contacted xbox regarding and they have confirmed everything is fine via their end. The code has been redeemed successfully, they told me to contact EA if they don’t appear within 24hours. They haven’t appeared. I then purchased another 12,000 via Argos. Entered the code and the same issue has occurred. This is a EA side problem occurring, XBOX confirmed the codes are working and redeemed fine. I have transcripts and proof of this via email from them. 

Please help, 2x 12,000 fc points and they aren’t in my account 24 hours has surpassed with the first 12,000. What do I do? Live chat advisors aren’t any help from yourselves.
