Missing Evo

Question

I completed the Fantasy Fc Cup 10 wins and was meant to receive the Fantasy FC Cup Shooting Boost Evo but when it came to claiming the Evo it has not appeared in my Evo tab. Due to this I cannot evo one of my players.

I contacted EA live chat and have now been told to make a post here for the issue to be resolved.

I’m having the same issue. I completed the Fantasy FC Cup with 10 wins and was supposed to receive the Fantasy FC Cup Shooting Boost Evo, but it hasn’t appeared in my Evo tab. Because of this, I can’t evolve one of my players.
