Missing Items (Unclaimed Rewards from last Season)

As per the subject title. I have written in to EA Help to seek assistance and support for my missing unclaimed rewards from last season and all I get is to automated reply, advising me to check through a number of steps that would never help in a million years - and to also post here if I am still unable to find my missing items after trying those steps.

the issue is I am missing some rewards that I did not claim in time before the season ended for the last season. (Season 8 I think?) With the notable ones that I noticed are quickstep+ and leao that’s missing. It’s not that the unclaimed rewards totally didn’t auto claim. I did manage to have some auto claimed but those are missing.

can anyone help? Anybody else encountered this before? I am also missing Lisandro Martinez from season 7.
