EA Sports FC 25 won’t launch – “Error on our side” message

Hi everyone,

I’m having a serious issue launching EA Sports FC 25 on PC (Steam version).
Every time I try to start the game, it opens in windowed mode, stays on a black screen for a few seconds, then closes automatically. After that, EA App shows a message saying there was an error on their side.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

Cleared EA App cache
Reinstalled both EA App and the game
Verified game files on Steam
Created and linked a new EA account to my Steam account
Checked drivers and Windows updates

Nothing worked — the game still won’t start and keeps showing the same “error on our side” message.
Could someone from EA please help me reset the link between my Steam and EA account or check this issue on your end?
It looks like a problem server-side rather than on my PC.
