Missing Packs

Hi, In the last hour I got on and did the usual, completed some daily sbc’s, completed some objectives, and collected my rivals rewards. When I went to “my packs” none of the packs were there so I figured I’ll just restart the game. This didn’t work and then I restarted my Xbox which also did no help. It’s been a while now and I’ve troubleshooted everything I possibly could. It’s really frustrating because it was quite a bit of packs and I wanted to save some packs for the new promo but now I don’t even feel like playing anymore. Does anyone know how I can resolve this, not the funnest experience after a long day at work.
