I need to speak to an advisor

My game is completely broken I am missing the content for the new graphics on the new fut birthday evolution cards, I cannot progress with my paid evolutions, and every time I load into a game with someone using these cards my entire game crashes so I cannot progress or play in champs or rivals. Help please!!! Have submitted this multiple times and uninstalled, then re-installed the entire game to no avail. Need a link to a private chat or call number and to speak to an advisor I cannot play the game whatsoever right now and there is no fix or mention of this issue anywhere
