While there were some initial delays, we can confirm now that all rewards have been successfully granted to all eligible players.
Please note that rewards are tied to platform family so if you switched platform, these rewards may not be available in-game.

I received the 81x7 however still am yet to receive my 84x5 for completing the season.
I have switched from Xbox on fc24 to pc on fc25 so maybe it's that (I want the packs for my pc) but if it's not can someone please explain why I don't still get the packs?

In fc24, there was a promo called preseason. I got completed all the packs other than the 82x5, but I only got the 80x10. Fix the game mate 👍
I only received the 80x10 pack and the loan base hero pick while i completed more objectives where are the rest of the packs?
me as well , got the 80x10 pack and a hero loan , but should have the packs for all the objectives as completed them all.
Seen ea has issued they are having issues with packs and some are delayed.
But this is another poor issue with game first the sp issue with objectives , although i manager to complete the season ladder its not the point , game should register every accomplishment and accurate , been using the same format for years , minus adding club/player and career objectives.
The constant crashes when you go to claim rewards , having to go out game and back in.
And now the packs we worked hard to get and promised we have not got them at all.
We pay good money for the game , buying packs and points , spend alot of out time trying to get the best team , do objectives , etc...
Yet the devs for this game dont give a hoot about us , only happy when they are getting our hard earned money and never a glitch taking that from us.
I was promised sp back as a resolution to my first issue and still not got it , not that i need it now.
Just issue after issue , blanking messages , customer service at ea is disgraceful , end of the day the customer makes ea what it is , by buying your merchandise.
As in previous post i did game is good and being an ex pro footballer it is so like a real game with alot of aspects you have brought in , cannot fault that.
But just the interface , with its glitches , false promises that are not met , messing up simple tasks. Get a grip ea !
This game has the potential to be legendary , right now its good , if you guys wake up sort the issues and listen to us , the game will become legendary.
Are you going to compensate us for the constant ea mess ups and issues ? just like the one tonight. Do not promise things you cannot deliver , you have had since the pre season objectives to get these packs lined up so no excuses.
