Missing rewards

Dear all,

I have bought ea play pro on the ea site with my PlayStation account, I received 2 rewards on the PlayStation with my Ea fc account. I have read the page: https://www.ea.com/nl-nl/games/ea-sports-fc/ea-play So there are a lot of rewards I did not get. My question is if I can get a refund or the rewards. If that is not possible, is it due that I didn’t read the page correctly?

EA PLAY PRO EDITION

You must redeem your EA Play Pro Edition, log into Ultimate Team, log into Clubs, and create a Career Mode save while connected to EA servers (together these steps are referred to as “redeem”) to access your EA Play Pro Edition content

Thanks I received the rewards, but not the fifa points + hero pack.

How can I receive this?
I also got in contact with support, they said EA is fixing a compensation for this, so do I need to wait?
