my code isn’t working

hi i downloaded ea on a discount for like 25 pound i think and i got a code to sign every time and since tuesday i think it hasn’t been letting me press circle as my playstation is on a different email and i need to do my new one and it just says i can’t connect if anyone has or can tell me the problem please get back to me thank you
