My Coins, Points & Rewards

I win in S.B but I don’t get any points and it only expires in the next 2 hours, I win the seasonal reward but don’t receive the 25,000 coins and lastly the game just freezes at any given moment ????...

    1. You didn't receive a point from the SB match - This is probably because you already played the first 12 matches necessary for weekly rewards.

    2. You didn't receive 25000 coins from the season reward - This is because 25000 coins are given to club (i.e. Pro Club) mode and not Ultimate team. Please check the name of the reward and logo of the coins. You need to log in into club mode to receive them.
