if you received a coin wipe and want to contest that, you will have to contact EA Support to dispute. We can't do anything about coin wipes here in the forum.
I did a case about this and I got an email that I need to go to forums for help, do I need to do another case now?

What exactly did support say besides going to the forum? Is the coin wipe an official sanction from EA or are you saying that they simply disappeared?
