I’m unable to play any online features because my account is linked to an old email which I can’t access anymore. On the website I have changed it to my latest email which I have access to. However, on my ps4 it is still linked to my old email which won’t allow me to get the code to access the online features. How do I either unlink the old email or even just start from scratch on my playstation account.

I’ve already updated my email and allows me to sign on the website but when I try connect to the ea servers on my PlayStation it is still linked to my old email which requires me to have a code
I’ve done everything that I possibly can do myself to make sure that it isn’t connected to my old account.
