My EA Account Was Banned Before I Even Purchased FC 25

Hello,

I recently purchased FC 25 on Steam, but I was surprised to find out that my EA account had already been banned since January 2024 — even before I bought the game.

I don’t understand the reason for the ban, and I believe this might be a mistake. I’ve submitted four separate ban appeal emails but haven’t received any response. When I contacted Live Chat, they simply told me to email support again.

I just want to play the game I paid for and ask that my case be reviewed fairly.

    Hey ethmerdgn​,

    Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. If you've already emailed our terms of service team, you should be able to see the status of your cases here. if you only reached out very recently, it can take a few days for them to get back to you, depending on how busy they are.

    I’ve sent 4–5 emails but haven’t received any response. I haven’t even played the game — I only added the showcase to my library and didn’t even install it. I found out I was banned when I purchased the game. I don’t even know the reason for the ban. This situation is really starting to bother me, and I can’t keep sending emails every time. Thank you.

    It says it is decline and in process but the ban reason is not written and how come I am banned without writing the ban reason and they are prolonging the situation for this long

    Same here. Sent in several cases about a ban and wanting a reason, but the Terms of Service Team doesn't give a reason why.

    I bought FC25 3 weeks ago and I learned that I was banned without playing the game. I got banned for no reason. I contacted live support and they said the ban would be released in a day, but it still hasn't been released. I was banned without playing the game, no one is helping me. I sent an email 6-7 times and appealed, still no results.

    can someone help me access ultimate team, i bought the game a few days ago and now it says i need to update the title update when its already on the latest one
