It's just their servers. Sometimes it's responsive, usually off peak hours, but most of the time it is pretty bad. I pretty much only play off peak. It's much better then, but stil not as good as previous titles. I'll not be buying the next game, this just doesn't fill me with confidence as to the skill of their development teams.
Sadly its not their servers because my friends play on the same server as me but their gameplay is smoother and responsive infact if i switch accounts on my console the gameplay feels smoother and responsive
