My RTTF Tosin hasn’t upgraded after I evolved him, any help?

The upgrade from the Conference League first leg went live recently and my Tosin has yet to upgrade, any help? The Grassroots Great Defender evo took him to 90ovr so he should now be 91 with the firs...

Does your evo had any max limit on rating or stats? That could be the reason why he is not crossing those limits.
Upgrades are live few hours back. Here is Tosin Adarabioyo latest RTTF card-

Problem is I cant even find which evo i put him in, it was a couple months ago and i cant find what evo would give me Long Ball+ and Aerial+ on him. Even then i feel like ive been robbed of a 96 (assuming chelsea dont bottle it)
