my win in champs wasn't counted

Question

Hi,I was playing FUT Champions today and I won my match. After the game, I was in the post-match lobby where I could see the stats and watch the replay. Suddenly, I got logged out of Ultimate Team. When I logged back in, the game registered it as a disconnection and gave me a loss instead of the win.This happened at around 23:15 UK time, and I was playing against a player with the tag [REMOVED]&nbsp;. My player tag is Rusofootbaler17
Could you please look into this and give me my win back?

Hello. I had to edit your message and remove the player ID you mentioned. This is against our rule on "naming and shaming".

Unfortunately, we cannot modify records. The best we can do is go through some connection troubleshooting. Please let us know if you'd like to do that.
