Never Lists on Transfer Market after listing on Transfer List.

I am able list a player on the Transfer List but it never shows up on the actual Transfer Market. I have listed a player twice for an hour each time. Both times the player never showed up at the price I listed it for, for the entire hour (I checked a lot!). I have had delays before, one for 36 minutes, but this time the player never lists at all. 

I tried leaving the Ultimate Team server, closing the game, turning off the Playstation, starting the Playstation in Safe Mode, clearing the system cache, restarting. The problem persists. 

If this continues there will be no reason to list players on the Transfer Market.

I am playing FC25 on Playstation 5.
