not receiving season points after completing challenges

Has anyone else not been given the season points when completing the “weekly play” objectives, i completed my second objective which should have given me 500 points and 500 more for completing the weekly play, but i only got the pack for a weekly play completion and 0 points. kind of a scam tbh.
