NOT WORKING

I have the exact same issue and I’ve tried absolutely everything — uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing the cache folder, removing and reinstalling Easy Anti-Cheat, reinstalling the EA Games app — literally everything possible in advance of a solution, and nothing worked. Apparently, it's a widespread issue and several of us are experiencing this after the recent update. I really hope EA fixes this soon, especially since it's right before the Rivals rewards and I only needed 8 more points to upgrade them. Unreal, EA… UNREAL!
