PC FC25 Stuttering and Freezing After TOTS Update

Months ago during the TOTY patch, my PC was freed from the constant freezing and speeding back up. Since January, I believe it has only occurred a number I can count on 1 hand. Since the Update this passed week in late April, I have never been frozen more times in my life. I tried reinstalling the game, clearing the cache, updating my drivers, and changing my in-game display settings. Nothing has worked and the game is virtually unplayable. PLEASE help!!
