Hi again,
I’ve followed all the steps you suggested, but unfortunately nothing helped.
I reinstalled the game completely, reinstalled all the VC++ redistributables using Microsoft’s official installers, and disconnected all USB or wireless peripherals except my keyboard and mouse.
I also used the Web App to delete my current squad and created a new one, just like you said — but the crash still happens.
This issue started after I fixed a flickering screen problem by deleting the “Personal Settings 1” file, which forced the game to create a new one. After that I could play a few games in Moments.
But when I tried to play Squad Battles to unlock the Transfer Market, the game crashed right after showing the opponent’s squad. Since then, it crashes in every mode: Moments, Training, Rivals — always right before the kickoff. It closes instantly with no crash message.
There was no Windows or EA FC update at the time, as far as I know.
Is there anything else that could be reset from your side? Maybe account data?

Unfortunately, we don't have visibility into your account, and there's no way to reset the account data, I wouldn't think it's something on the account side of things, the only way to have a look at the account, though, is to reach out to our live support team to talk to our Advisors. They'll do their best to continue helping you.
In the meantime, please also try running CCleaner following the steps at the bottom of this article and rolling back the graphics drivers to the previous version as suggested in this other guide to resolve graphics problems. Sometimes, new drivers are involved in persistent crashes like these.
