PC lag and stuttering

I dont know that else do I have to do to grab attention from someone at EA Sports, is it so hard to comprehend that there is a lag problem with PC players ? Some are experiencing it with a higher intensity some with lower. It all started after one of the updates maybe month ago. Since that my game is always experiencing lag and stutter. I tried everything, cleaned cache, changed my graphics settings, messed around game settings in NVIDIA control panel but nothing works. I'll put video below of how my game looks like sometimes. And btw this is all recorded while having average 39 MS and solid fps (pc specs are r7 7th gen and Rtx 4060).
