[PC] Possible AMD X3D CPUs Stuttering FC 24 & 25

it doesn't matter if it's intel or amd or 4070 super or 4090 the game freezes because in update no. 5 they ruined the game then in update no. 10 it was ok. so in the update they ruined everything and the game freezes everywhere
