Permanent Ban without even notice Fc 25

I buy fc 25 through steam 2 novmber 2025 , after 6 days i got that ban on 8 novmber  after appealing , it was mentioned in respose that i am farming , that was not even known its my first online Fut game and i was struggling to get used on it .

And early i bought ps5 dual sense to play as i ised to play since fifia 2005 , installing ds4 dual shock for game not define my joystic on pc  and PlayStation wizard for game like this defined already as steam setting controlles 

And i install wrap cloud for VOIP , as my country didnot support this service through their networks 

Although i play battlefield2042 till now with no ban for allah mercy 

My disputes gets archieved and they reply that no regret in their decision 

Lately i bought new version ultimate for arbaic commentary language , but my fatal i got it on the same account that got ban 

Is ther is way for TOS to understand my situation as i bought game since novmber and i did not play it not more than 20 hours cause of this fake ban
