Player Career - Player Growth - BROKEN

Player growth seems to be broken. I’ve applied all of my upgrades and the player stays right at basic 70 Overall and is not budging at all. Player isn’t even moving differently (upgraded) and appears to be at base level. 

Can we get an update/bug fix? I’ve been playing FIFA/EA FC for close to 20 years since I was a kid. Technology has come a long way but some of us love a good old Player/Manager career. Let’s get this fixed/patched up EA. Don’t fail the fans/consumers.
