Player Career Mode

When going to play the chances game mode as a player, if you happen to tie the game in extra time it goes to penalties, however it never let's you advance to penalties, it wont let you back out. And when you go to advance to do the penalties nothing happens. Forcing you to shut down the app and restart the game. I don't know if this is just a me issue, or a PS5 issue or just a glitch.
