Try changing the game language to English.

If you have the same problem you can just open it on web app

I'm having the same issue, primarily in Ultimate Team, but also across other game modes and in other menus. I've also submitted a thread but haven't had a resolution yet. I tried changing the game language from and back to English, as Nalchic suggested, but it didn't fix it unfortunately.

Try using companion or web abb

On the web app it says objectives are currently unavailable. Besides, using an alternative platform to view and manage objectives and rewards is not an acceptable solution. This is an issue - one evidently affecting multiple users - that needs to be fixed within the game we've paid for.

I'm now having the EXACT same issue with the same 8 of 15 pick. How am I meant to know what I'm picking?

Can't even TRY to redeem them on the web app or mobile companion app because I can't log out of UT in-game. Force closing the game keeps me logged into Ultimate Team so the web app and companion app won't let me in.

Had the same issue ... chose the evos based on the order from a streamer ... all wrong, asked for help, but nothing to do :(

Force exit and wait until you can log in on futapp , i should have done that ..
