Please reset password

Every single time I try to log into online play it tells me to reset my password and scan the QR code. Every time I scan the QR code and go to the password reset link and start all over again. It keeps asking me to restart my password. This is extremely frustrating as I cannot play any online features of the game. Please help

It sounds like you're resetting the password to a different EA account than the one you're having issues with. If you can't think of what the right email address might be, I'd reach out to our live support team to see how they can help you.
