PLEASE RESET YOUR PASSWORD

Guys I can't play online EA games on my PS5. I got "Please reset you password" think. I tried reset but it didn't work. On website of EA my account seems unliked with PSN when I press for link it say...

    That sounds like you may be resetting the password for the wrong EA account. We aren't able to verify your account details here on the forums, but you can contact the live support team so they can look into this a bit further and help you get properly logged in again.
