Pro clubs unavailable

Why does it say “Unable to connect to clubs at this time. Please try again later.” Why is this happening?

I'm having problems also. I'm on windows pc, i can login and connect to ea app, but when i want to play games like fc25, madden25, golf, it can't find servers. I tried everything . I am very tech savvy. Please help
