Progressive Frame Drops in Fc25

Hi. I'm really struggling to play this game. I've tried everything I can think of and explore. But no matter what I do even reducing the graphics to the minimum (which shouldn't since my PC is alright to handle it well), the frames drops progressively. Put a standing fan, no, focus the game on mostly p cores, no, change the PL1 and PL2, no, although it did reduce the temperature to stop suspected thermal throttling, got to be very stable at some point with almost zero stutters, but the FRAMES KEEPS DROPPING ITS UNBELIEVABLE. I need more help please thank you.
