PS5 Crashing Issue - Worse After Last Update?

It's making the game unplayable. After about 15 minutes of playing, my PS5 while suddenly turn off. I'm unable to restart it until I unplug and replug the power cord in the back. 

While the PS5 and power chord are both hot, this is not an issue with the PS5. I have cleaned it repeatedly, including professionally only a few months ago. I've reset the database and restored the game licensees. The PS5 is in a fairly open area and I have fans. I do not experience overheating issues with any other game - everything from Red Dead 2 to No Man's Sky to The Show

I play exclusively in career mode, so I'm not sure if it's an issue with just that mode. Judging from some of the threads I've found over recent months, it's not. 

This has been a sporadic issue for months, but now, I can't get through an entire game without my PS5 completely shutting off. I'm guessing something in the last update? 

I can't keep letting my PS5 crash out like that. Despite the many flaws this game has - especially in the world of career mode - I love playing. But it's getting to the point that I can't risk the safety of my PS5 for this crap.
