(PS5) Custom controls broken… but hey, classic works 🙃

So apparently in EA FC 26:

When I use custom controls, one of my buttons just decides to take a vacation — especially when I try to cancel a movement. It’s like it doesn’t even exist.
Switch back to classic controls and — surprise! — everything magically works.

I tried to :
1. resave the profile.

2. revert to original setting the re-adjust the control buttons.

3. Restart the game

4. REINSTALL THE GAME

What a polished, premium experience for the price we’re paying. 🙄
Maybe fix this and try being professional, EA ? Why this buggy ? I consider to refund if possible.
