Random disconnects when the game approaches the 80th minute

Over the past month, playing rivals or champs had been hell....When the match approaches the 80th minute, the game freezes for a solid 10 seconds,  it says " you have lost your connection " followed by " your result is under review" and then it just hands me the loss....I don't lose connection to the server, no ping fluctuations, nothing. This also only happens on my main account,  has never happened on my alternate account so it being a connection problem is impossible.

For it to happen on a random weekend league is fine but for it to happen during team of the season is just criminal....I've been playing this game for 7 years,  if I have a terrible weekend league, I would get 11/15 wins....For me to get 7 wins and 8 disconnects during prem tots, i don't know what to say.... The only reason I got those 7 wins is because my opponents quit before the game could do it's thing at the 80th minute
