I have just reached level 40 in the premium battle pass, and went to claim both Ribery & Ferran Torres. But once I clicked claim on Ribery nothing happened and he has not appeared in my club, but Ferran has.

Both my rewards for level 39 didn’t go to store and on the season pass it states I’ve claimed them
Even after speaking to support online it’s not resolved yet they’ve changed the status to fixed.
I have the same issue for all Rewards Level 36-40, the Game Went back to UT Main Menu and None of the Rewards is in my Club :(
