No this is not the issue obviously. In New York and bought the game in New York and have never had this issue. Acknowledging this is a problem is the first step, not a bad attempt at calling it user error.
No that's not the issue. In that case, you should have been aware of it, shouldn´t you? Right now, this is ruining the gaming experience and needs to be fixed immediately.

No that’s not the problem. I bought the game in the same place that I live. We need to play with our stats ASAP.
Nope. bought it from the same Microsoft store I've bought every iteration of the game from, and tons of other games too. This isn't an US problem, its a you problem
Same thing happens to me, play kick off mode, next time you load the game all stats are at zero. Also no game tag over controller.
I bought the game directly from Microsoft store on my Xbox so definitely not in a different region.
Also I remember one of the last fifa games having same issue & you had to patch that a few years ago, maybe go back & check your archives & fix that way.
I bought the game through Steam, so it's probably not that. Will ea finally fix it?
