I see that many reports are coming from a specific network. Are you able to test your connection using a different ISP, or at least a mobile hotspot connection for your console or PC, if possible?
I have tele2 as well and when i use mobile hotspot its working fine, but that is not a solution because the internet with hotspot is laggy and i´ve never had this problem before with this game,

In that case, I recommend checking with your ISP to confirm whether they are blocking any ports or have a firewall that could be causing the issue. They should be able to provide you with troubleshooting steps for similar network-related problems.
jag har samma problem sen en vecka tillbaka, funkar ditt nu? i så fall vad gjorde du för att få det att funka. Har pratat med Tele 2 men dem vet inget.
Jag har haft samtal med dom i 3 dagar, provat allt. Kommer säga upp tele2 idag.
Problemet ligger hos tele 2s bredband.
Vill du få det funka , dela din mobils internet till ps5an så funkar det direkt.
Och det är beviset att problemet ligger hos tele2.
Jag antar att dom har gjort någon update i deras fiber nätverk som gör att deras brandvägg krockar med EA's.

This is what I have. Similar issue stuck on loading screen. Usually I have to restart the PS5 console. Happened alot on eafc24 aswell.
I have had the same issue im from uk, my internet the best you can get over here,iv contacted ea live help they think its a bug
- can we get a update from a ea employee please or are you uncapable of helping your customers.

As expected , first game on weekend league, 3-1 up with 5 min to go, kicked out and back on with a loss.
This is a complete farce and the fact that there is NO ONE to rectify this loss is utterly tragic. It's the only company that you just get people not caring and just ignoring problems.

I've just checked on ea website thoroughly and nowhere to reverse that result can be reported. I'd even accept a void game even though I clearly won comfortably. But 15 games is the WL and starting off with a loss that is zero to do with me is shocking. The worst part is no one to help, no one to talk to, no live chat, no one to call, nothing. You're just expected to pump money into packs and whatever and get shafted like that.

You can't get this obsessive over it. It'll make you souless and crushed.
Just gotta turn the game off and be patient now. We've proved it isn't entirely an EA issue pretty much so it's up to them to communicate with BT and the other affective ISPs and resolve it.
I found a change of ISP worked for me , I was using EE and game wasn’t loading switched to my virgin internet in my phone and no issues

They know it's linked to ISP now but it may not just be BT. It's a routing issue so we just have to wait now

Only way is to change your service provider unfortunately.
