I had a different Issue with preordering through steam, I preordered the ultimate edition but I haven't received the rewards when I tried logging into the Web App this morning. Do I need to launch the game through steam to be able to access the rewards that I bought?

the preorder boni will only be handed out tomorrow at the start of Early Access. 

Its the 20th and a lot of my friends on ps5 are playing it but on steam it still says its "coming sep27, 2024" even though i preordered ultimate edition

You said that when you bought it over steam u can play it not until 5AM am I right?

I got the game preorder for ultimate edition but still on steam shows as predownload and doesn't let me play the game at all.

i did it but it says (late) but i bought it 8 sep but still i can play right when it launch ?

for me they say that I will be able to play in a week even though I bought ultimate and so I should be able to gibb earlier I don't understand

Bro it says (late) for me aswell this makes no sense I bought the game September 18th I should be able to play it today on its regular release date. It just keeps saying “game not released when I launch on steam. Anyone can help? Please

I waited till midnight to play the game, went to Microsoft Store page and "installed" free trial, but when i opened the game it only let me view the cutscene before stating i had used all the time available, this is false. The microsoft store still clearly states that i have not used up all of my entitled trial. Please help

Same issue for me, mixed with errors that the game is installed by another user... 

Are you gonna give us a proper answer for why we can't access the game we bought or are you gonna leave us here twiddling our thumbs?

Really? This is literally illegal! They advertised it as early access and now they are saying it is not even if we paid for it ?!

This is very frustrating because we hoped that we will play today!! Big L for EA and Steam!!!!

If you guys bought FC25 Ultimate Edition on steam you have to claim the DLC. I had the same problem with FC24 on steam

Same problem i see in STEAM the DLC with Ultimate Edition but i shows to me the Release 27 september , so this must be the dumbest BUG ever , what is STEAM position about this we pay Ultimate for nothing ???
