How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Join a lobby/club match with a different platform (e.x. PC and Xbox), it will not allow you to do this and different errors will occur.
What happens when the bug occurs? An error messages are displayed. See examples below
What should be happening instead? We should be able to play in cross-platform mode

Error messages examples:

An unexpected error occurred while attempting the club operation. Please try again later.

Failed to join game session. The session is already full or is no longer available. Please try again.

To clarify, I will say that both players have cross-platform mode on.
